We are delighted to announce that, after many requests, we can now offer a hire service at £25 per week. To arrange a rental just fill in the boxes below and click the “Subscribe” button which will take you to Paypal where you can set up your means of payment.

Before doing so, please make sure that the device will suit you by reviewing the advice here.

We ask for your inseam to ground measurement with shoes on so that we can send you an iWALKFree of the correct size for you. The Inseam measurement should be made on your good leg, wearing a typical shoe, from the fork of your groin to the ground.

We aim to ship within 2 working days, using a next-day carrier.

The telephone number is needed so that our driver can call for directions if for any reason they can’t find you. Please also check that Paypal has the correct address for delivery!

If you are ordering because of a leaflet with an agent’s reference in the white panel on the back of it, please let us know so that the agent gets paid!

Here are our conditions for rental:

There is a minimum hire period of 4 weeks

We deliver to you for free although you are responsible for the cost of returning it at the end of your hire period. If we ship on a Friday you should get your device on Monday unless you pay the supplement that our carrier charges for a Saturday delivery, normally about £15. Let us know if you wish for us to use that option and we will invoice you separately for it.

If you are outside the area for our carrier’s standard delivery charge, such as in Highlands and Islands of Scotland or the Channel Islands we may have to pass on to you the additional carriage at the cost to us of between £10 and £20. We also may not be able to achieve delivery within 24 hours.

The hire period starts on the day you place your order and ends on the day that your device is received in good condition at Wizards Ltd.

There is no VAT charge on either sales or rental.

We do not charge a deposit, but we do need some proof of ID and address before we send your crutch to you. Please scan and email us (sales null@null bearproducts NULL.co NULL.uk) a utility bill (or ask us for a postal address or fax number) when you place your order.

If you do not return your iWALKFree to our hire partners we will continue to take weekly £25 payments up to the full purchase price of £300 plus a further £25 to cover our carriage and admin costs (13 weeks). We do not feel that you should ever pay more to rent from us than you would have had you bought in the first place. At that point please let us know how much longer you will need it for and return it when you have finished with it.

At the end of your hire period this is what you should do to return the iWALKFree:

Please let us know by email (sales null@null bearproducts NULL.co NULL.uk) that you are intending to send your unit back. This will enable us to check it in quickly when it arrives and avoid us making unnecessary charges and needing to refund them.

For your protection we strongly suggest a signed-for service with at least £300 compensation level – try Interparcel (http://www NULL.interparcel NULL.co NULL.uk/). We have heard that the cheapest services they offer are less customer-friendly so you may wish to pay a pound or so extra for one of the better ones.

When you book the collection the weight should be 3kg and the dimensions are 95cm x 25cm x 15cm. Do NOT use our Poole postal address on the “Contact Us” page or we shall charge you a forwarding fee and the end of your rental period will be delayed.
